although amazon was quick to respond with a replacement....it was the same thing. PhotoStar Trek: The Original Series - Season Two [Blu-ray] shows cardbord sleeve on product. It does not come with it. If you were collecting these look elsewhere for the complete product. Otherwise it works fine.
