This film almost barely picks up, but picks up enough to keep one interested, by the end you're wondering why you watched it to begin with. It is bathed in shallowness and is kept a float by Simon Baker's performance. Winona Ryder does have a small role where she brilliantly shows up throughout the film in spurts stealing the screen, although it would be nice to see this actress play in some quality films the way she used to do, she certainly shows here she's still got it. If you're looking for a no brainer, light and airy, sex comedy, this is your gem.
